What You’ll Do:
Master the grill station, ensuring every steak, seafood, and vegetable is cooked to perfection. Execute high-volume service with precision, maintaining consistency and efficiency. Follow all recipes, preparation techniques, and plating guidelines to uphold our culinary standards. Work as part of a team, communicating effectively with chefs and fellow cooks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Bring passion, energy, and a strong work ethic to every shift.

Experience working a grill station in a high-quality, full-service restaurant. Strong knife skills, cooking techniques, and ability to work cleanly and efficiently. Ability to handle high-volume service while maintaining food quality and consistency. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
