Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Provide exceptional food service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every dish served. Skills Proven experience in the culinary field, particularly in pizza preparation and cooking. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus. Familiarity with fine dining standards and catering services is advantageous. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable. Creativity in menu planning and the ability to adapt recipes based on seasonal ingredients.
