Duties Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as per the menu requirements. Prepare food items according to standardized recipes while adhering to portion control guidelines. Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to safety regulations. Skills Proficiency in meal preparation techniques and food handling practices. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Experience with various cooking methods. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience as a cook or dietary aide is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
