  • Food Preparation:

    Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with attention to quality and presentation, following our menu and recipes.

  • Station Management:

    Efficiently manage your assigned station during service, ensuring timely and accurate dish preparation.

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff & front of the house to maintain smooth operations, communicating effectively to meet service needs.

  • Cleanliness and Safety:

    Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly following health and sanitation standards.

  • Adaptability:

    Be flexible and responsive to menu changes, special requests, and peak service times. Qualifications

  • Culinary Passion:

    A genuine enthusiasm for cooking and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow in a culinary career.

  • Experience:

    Previous experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
