Job Description
Job Duties Responsible for the preparation of all culinary product ordered from the kitchen for the various food outlets. Assures all food production meets department culinary standards. Follows Family Style Service. Follows kitchen sanitation standards and health code regulations at all times. May perform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three years culinary experience in food preparation and production. Must have excellent communication skills. Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
