Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Cafe Demi’s standards of quality, presentation, and freshness. Assist with food prep tasks, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service. Monitor food stock and place inventory orders as needed to avoid shortages. Ensure prep and cooking stations are always stocked, clean, and ready for service. Handle customer special requests or dietary restrictions with care and precision.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a must (3+ years). A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. A commitment to upholding Cafe Demi’s standards for customer service and food presentation. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
