This position plays a vital role in our Professional kitchen, ensuring that food preparation and service are conducted efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

• Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans under the Head Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards throughout all food preparation processes.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation

• Experience
• 2 years previous experience in a kitchen is required.
• Food preparation techniques and safety practices are required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen and the FOH.
• A passion for cooking and providing quality meals to our catering customers and in-store hot bar customers is highly valued.
