Position Overview The Line Cook will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes for our members and guests. This position requires a passionate and skilled individual with a strong understanding of various cooking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook items to order using various cooking methods, including meats, seafood, and vegetables, ensuring consistency and quality. Operate and maintain equipment, ensuring proper temperature control and cleanliness. Assist with prepping ingredients, seasoning, and marinating as required. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure seamless service. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to kitchen management. Contribute to menu innovation by suggesting new grill-focused dishes and techniques. Qualifications Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and the ability to execute various levels of doneness. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment. Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
