The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our customers. Your creativity in menu planning and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met during food preparation and cooking processes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Provide assistance in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food presentation. Requirements Previous experience in food service or as a cook, preferably in a restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various kitchen equipment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask during busy periods. A passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes that meet customer expectations. Experience in catering or dietary departments is a plus but not required.
