Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food preparation areas are sanitized and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when necessary. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their requests. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Assist with other kitchen duties such as bussing tables or food handling when required. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or grocery store setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent food preparation skills with an emphasis on pizza making techniques. Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the culinary field.
