As a Pizza Person, you will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas while ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Responsibilities The Pizza Man will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to established recipes in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings Cook pizzas in the oven and monitor cooking times Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection and meet quality standards Assist in menu planning, including creating new pizza offerings and specials. Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, addressing inquiries and accommodating special requests. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring high-quality food presentation. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in food preparation or cooking roles. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices for handling ingredients. Strong skills in meal preparation, with an emphasis on pizza making techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen environment.
