The ideal candidate will have a love for food and a strong background in food preparation and service. As a Pizza Person, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and ready for use. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling toppings. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Participate in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons when necessary. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or as a cook is preferred. Knowledge of dietary needs and meal preparation techniques is a plus. Strong knife skills and familiarity with food service equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A passion for fine dining and creating exceptional culinary experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
