The Multi Station Cook must work all Kitchen stations following appropriate job description and responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. Cook using a repertoire of cooking methods including poaching, braising, roasting, charbroiling, sautéing, grilling, frying and baking according to hotel standard recipes or as directed. Prepare all dishes according to hotel standard recipe and ensures adequate ticket time. Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned for efficient departmental operation.

Requirements include:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 12 months of previous related experience.
• Requires wearing of uniform and ability to fulfill related Hotel personal appearance standards.
• Physical requirements include extended standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling, kneeling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires the ability to read and write in the English language.
