Job Description
- Prepare menu food items by following standardized recipes and daily counts
- Communicate efficiently with Kitchen Manager and Food Service Director
- Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen and storage area
- Ability to perform duties of the Kitchen Manager in their absence
- Fills in for van driver and all other kitchen staff as needed
- Attend required trainings, conferences, and staff meetings
- Maintain safe work environment
