We are gearing up for our busy season and we haveimmediate openings for Culinary staff of any skill level.

Positionsinclude:

Cook(s) and Assistant Cook(s).

Responsibilities:

Sets upand stock food items and other necessary supplies Prepare fooditems by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces Cook fooditems by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods tospecified recipes and standards Set-up, break-down and sanitationof assigned work areas Follow sanitation guidelines at all timesAdhere to safety standards, i.e., using cutting glove Wear non-slipwork shoes and kitchen uniforms

Qualifications:
