DUTIES:
Responsible for the operation of the Crane Elementary School food services unit.
Duties include:
Supervising food service helper, cashier, and cooks,delegating responsibilities, conducting daily morning meetings, cooking and monitoring food preparation, promoting School Food nutritional standards,monitoring meal service by ensuring portion control and conservation of the nutritional values of food, recordkeeping including Food Production RecordBook, Inventory Book and cash handling documents, directing the storage and care of food and supplies, and adhering to all HACCP and food safetyguidelines.(6:30 A.M. – 1:30 P.M.)
SALARY:
Based on related experience, plus full-time benefits
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree in Food Service Administration plus one year of full-time experience in the preparation and cooking of a complete menu of foodstuffs on alarge scaleORHigh School Diploma plus 3 years of experience as outlined above. Ability to plan and supervise the work of others required. Serve SafeCertification required.
