• Ensure incredible service is provided by effectively handling avariety of tasks
• Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cookingtechniques to provide consistent ingredients and finished products
• Balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in atimely manner while maintaining high standards
• Possess anunderstanding of ingredients used and menu offerings, sharingknowledge with restaurant team members Requirements
• 2 or moreyears’ experience working as a sushi line cook
• Experience makingsushi and other types of Japanese cuisine
• Knife skills
• Foodsafety and quality assurance knowledge
• Enthusiasm for andknowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine PreferredQualifications
• Highly proficient with cutting and working withwhole fish, including handling sashimi-quality fish
• Confidentworking in an open kitchen
