Cashier and Food Prep Cook Teamisu cafe INC 344 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596 Overview We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of various dishes following the provided recipes Handle and store all food items according to food safety standards Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and mixers Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal production Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area Support the chef with menu planning and catering preparations Experience Previous experience in food handling and preparation Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and knife skills Familiarity with meal preparation and dietary guidelines Experience in a restaurant or catering setting is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a team environment within the food industry
