The ideal candidate will be able to multitask efficiently, work across multiple kitchen stations, and step in to assist wherever needed. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment, so we need someone who can execute food quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and standards. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation, ensuring efficiency and safety. Assist in menu planning, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Participate in catering events, providing high-quality meals for special occasions. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant Strong knowledge of food handling, and safety practices. Excellent knife skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen. A passion for cooking
