Line Cook Casa de Catrina Carle Place, NY 11514 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes following the chef’s specifications and ensuring all meals are served promptly. Duties

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiarity with industry best practices in food safety and sanitation
• Culinary school diploma preferred but not required
