- Minimum 3 years of NYC kitchen experience required
- Must be clean, fast, and reliable
- Strong understanding of Mediterranean and seasonal cuisine a plus
- Shift coverage Thursday through Sunday ???? Full-Time Prep Cook
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen/prep experience required
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Full-time schedule (day shifts + occasional support for service) Bring a printed resume and ask for Mehdi when you arrive.
