Essex restaurant is a New American Upscale restaurant known for bottomless brunches and phenomenal seasonal dinner. We are looking for a grill cook for dinner with at least 5 years of experience.
Responsibilities include cooking on the line
station prep
assisting other cooks when help is needed
punctuality and a ready to work attitude keeping station clean and up to Department of Health standards Candidates must have: excellent knife skills
knowledge of basic cooking techniques
good communication skills
ability to quickly adapt to any changes
be able to stay calm and collected in any situation
