Position:

Lead Line Cook (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and quality standards Lead and support line cooks during service; oversee station cleanliness and prep Work closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef on daily specials and prep Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness in compliance with DOH regulations Assist with inventory and ordering as needed Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen (Italian cuisine a plus) Proven leadership skills in a culinary environment Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines Punctual, dependable, and professional
