experienced in a cafe kitchen. Someone with at lest 3 years experience and is a NY food protection card holder.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes according to recipes and visual standards
- Follow all standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
Requirements:
- 3+ years line or prep cook experience
- Strong work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Reliability and accountability
