About the Role You’ll be responsible for prepping your station, cooking food to order, and keeping your area clean before, during, and after service. You’ll work within a small team and be expected to communicate clearly and move with urgency. You should have solid knowledge of classic cooking techniques, be comfortable using all necessary kitchen equipment, and understand basic sanitation practices. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, reliability, and a strong sense of pride in their work. Key Responsibilities
Prepare mise en place and set up your station
Cook food to order to our standards
Clean and organize your station throughout the shift
Follow health and safety protocols
Help with family meal prep and kitchen breakdown
Assist with keeping the wash area clean.
Be on duty and in uniform at scheduled time
Gather all required mise en place from prep from the head chef.
Check requisition list day to day Oversee the cooking of your mise en place and setup of your station for service
Properly Cook all dishes to order as delegated. We do not provide housing.
