The Pizza Cook will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including cooking stations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food output. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality. Assist in menu development by providing input on new pizza recipes and seasonal offerings. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining experience. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary skills, and food safety standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes that delight customers.
