DescriptionSummaryAs a Restaurant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with our brand’s recipes and operational standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all dishes are consistently prepared, cooked, and presented in a timely and professional manner. A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency is essential.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities+ Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems+ Follow food safety standards+ Understand restaurant prep routines and be able to follow build charts+ Understand and follow restaurant time tag chart+ Prepare raw product into a finished cooked product+ Transfer cooked product to pack-line area+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation+ Clean equipment and fryers+ Stocking items such as tenders, fillets, nuggets, etc.+ Follow and achieve product availability and freshness with limited product waste+ Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant+ Communicate effectively and efficiently with managers and coworkers+ Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasRequirementsQualifications+ Minimum 18 years old+ Able to lift objects such as boxes, product, and fryers up to 50lbs
