Description Summary As a Restaurant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in accordance with our brand’s recipes and operational standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that all dishes are consistently prepared, cooked, and presented in a timely and professional manner. A commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency is essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems + Follow food safety standards + Understand restaurant prep routines and be able to follow build charts + Understand and follow restaurant time tag chart + Prepare raw product into a finished cooked product + Transfer cooked product to pack-line area + Maintain a clean and organized workstation + Clean equipment and fryers + Stocking items such as tenders, fillets, nuggets, etc. + Follow and achieve product availability and freshness with limited product waste + Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant + Communicate effectively and efficiently with managers and coworkers + Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Requirements Qualifications + Minimum 18 years old + Able to lift objects such as boxes, product, and fryers up to 50lbs
