Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area, including regular sanitization of work surfaces and equipment. Take customer orders accurately, utilizing the POS system for processing transactions. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items when appropriate. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining area as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Experience Previous experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders effectively. Familiarity with food service operations and safety standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
