We’re Hiring:
We are seeking skilled Line Cooks, a Pizza Maker, and a Garde Manger to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you thrive in a high-energy, professional kitchen and have a passion for culinary arts, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Line Cooks:
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes, including fish, pasta, and other menu items, with precision and consistency in a high-volume setting.
Pizza Maker:
Craft artisanal pizzas from scratch, including dough preparation, topping application, and baking to perfection in a fast-paced environment.
Garde Manger:
Create visually stunning salads, appetizers, and cold dishes, ensuring impeccable presentation and flavor balance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Expertise in one or more of the following: fish preparation, pizza making, pasta cooking, or salad/appetizer creation.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant training is a plus but not required.
