Catering Cooks Wanted Position Overview:

Russo’s Hospitality Group is looking to hire skilled full-time and part-time Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be someone with at least 2 years of experience working as a cook, in a catering and restaurant setting. The individual should be detailed oriented and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. A strong background in authentic Italian cuisine is essential, as our menu reflects a deep appreciation for traditional Italian specialties.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Work well with team members to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
