Job Description
Responsible for preparing food as directed by the cook. Assistant Cook is usually assigned to a single station such as pasta, salad, desert, etc. They will assist in tray lines and serve food when needed. HS Diploma/GED required. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. 1 yr experience in Food Service required. Position may be full-time or part-time and temporary or permanent, depending on need of facility. Weekend work may be required.
After one (1) year of employment, may be eligible to apply for our Education Program, to move on with your career in healthcare.
Salary:
Starting salary is approximately $17.00-$20.00 per hr.
