Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Sets up line for efficient flow (per Executive Chef’s direction). + Prepares salad dressing and sauces to standard recipe. + Prepares lettuce by washing, spinning and portioning. + Cooks menu items (appetizer orders). + Prepares and cooks soufflés to standard. + Assembles soups and salads to specs. + Completes prep work to established build-to’s, before meal periods. + Plates desserts, garnishing items ordered, maintains quality of desserts, breaks down dessert tray, store correctly. + Properly wraps/stores/dates/rotates perishable items. + Performs all other duties as assigned. + Promotes outstanding relations with all guests and peers.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Culinary/kitchen experience preferred.
Other:
