This role involves working closely with the management to create delicious meals that meet the needs of our guests, whether in a dining setting or catering events. The Cook will play a vital role in menu planning and ensuring food safety standards are upheld. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus. Assist with menu planning, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes. Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the catering team to provide exceptional service for events. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food service protocols. Adapt recipes as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences. Skills Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant, catering service, or similar environment. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
