Banquet Cook 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars New Hope, PA 18938 The Banquet Cook at the River House at Odette’s is tasked with working as a member of a culinary team to complete the daily preparation, plating, and presenting of all food items of the restaurant and catering operations in an effective, heartfelt, and attractive manner.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Present food items using proper plating and presenting techniques.
• Coordinate completion of food items with the expo.
• Take proper care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, utensils, other equipment, and kitchen workspaces.
• Foster teamwork in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Assist with prep of food items as necessary or directed.
• Adhere to all applicable food safety federal, state, and local law.
• Other duties as assigned.
