Preparation and cooking of all menu items in accordance with our standardsMaintaining a sanitary work environmentRotating, stocking, and preparing all food in accordance with set PA standards and correctly labeling and datingOperating and helping with dishwashing when there is no dishwasher on dutyPreparing food in accordance with our procedures using our given recipes and instructions. This also includes portioning and preparing food to go on the line.

Operation of our smoker for all in-house meats and menu itemsWorking as a team at night for closing, ensuring that everything is up to our standards and all trash receptacles are emptied.
