About the position… The Line Cook works in a fast-paced environment to prepare a variety of meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items by cooking in grills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Completes opening and closing checklists. Understands and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Ensures proper storage of food items. Prepare food for outlets at the facility including the restaurant, banquet operations, snack bar and food/beverage cart. What we are looking for from you.. . Certificate from college, technical school or accredited facility or 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience Must have regular & reliable transportation Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays A positive attitude!
