Job Details Responsibilities:
Prepares fruits and vegetables, following recipes and standards set by Properly Pressed
Prepares fresh juices for customers
FIFO inventory items and date and label inventory as needed
Minimizes waste
Upkeep of sanitary practices and quality control including the cleaning of all stations, tables, counters, utensils, oven, floors and trash
Assists with inventory and maintaining storage areas
Perform other duties, as assigned by manager
Qualifications and Characteristics:
Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
ServSafe Certified, preferred
1-2 years’ experience in food service prep
A passion for organic and sustainability practices
