Required Years of Experience 2 years Job Details Garde Manger (Cold Station Cook) – Now Hiring We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Garde Manger to join our culinary team. This position is essential in maintaining the quality and presentation of all cold food items.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and plate cold dishes, including salads, charcuterie, appetizers, canapés, terrines, and dressings
Maintain proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards in cold prep areas
Monitor ingredient freshness, rotate stock, and minimize waste
Assist in creating seasonal and visually appealing cold station offerings
Collaborate with chefs to ensure timely and high-quality service
Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in a garde manger or similar cold kitchen role preferred
Strong knife skills and a keen eye for detail and presentation
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
