Line Cook Tobias S Frogg 1766 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603 We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals! ‘

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
