We are a fun, energetic, and highly motivated team oriented kitchen We cook and prepare thoughtful new American cuisine for an ever fluctuating and demanding customer base. Must have high volume experience, culinary degree or relevant experience, enjoy leading a team, great plate presentations, high level of organization and sanitation, available nights and weekends. Your culinary style should represent words such as cutting edge, trendy, high-end, fun and clean. Responsible for food quality, Cooking to a high standard, Expediting, private event platters, Executing menu specials and quarterly menu changes, food safety and sanitation standards, food cost control, liaison to front of house staff.
