We are in search of a lead line cook, someone who can perform under pressure in a high volume establishment and lead a team effectively. This position requires experience in all positions on the line/brigade and will be an integral part of kitchen. Must have experience in butchery, all preparations, sauces, sauté, grill and plating. Works closely with both Sous and Executive Chefs. Responsible for breakdown and clean up and managing closings on occasion.
