A Cook is

• responsible for planning, preparing, and cooking food to ensure high-quality service and customer experience

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation and Cooking:

  Preparing and cooking various dishes according to recipes and standards, including appetizers and entrees

• Quality Control:

  Ensuring all food is of high quality and meets company standards

• Sanitation and Safety:

  Maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines, and properly storing food

Collaboration:

Working effectively with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient order preparation.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred but will train the right candidate
• Willing to learn various cooking techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willing to learn all Kitchen stations for flexibility.
