Kitchen Operations Associate Jam Rock Kravinz LLC 674 Jackson St, Barnwell, SC 29812 ## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook/Waitress/Cashier/ Prep and Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items in accordance with company standards and recipes (Jamaican and Southern Foods). ## Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and guidelines
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet set standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill customer orders efficiently ## Skills
• Proficiency in basic math for recipe measurements and portion control
• Strong customer service skills to interact with patrons
• Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
• Familiarity with the Square POS system is a plus
• Sales skills to promote menu items and upsell to customers
• Previous experience in the food industry or food service sector is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
