As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with our standards and member expectations. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team Assist with prep work, inventory, and receiving as needed
Qualifications:
Proven cooking experience, preferably in a club, resort, or upscale dining environment Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required
