The ideal candidate will have a love for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met while providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and cutting tools safely and efficiently. Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and basic retail math as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proficient in food handling techniques with a strong understanding of sanitation practices. Experience with Aloha POS systems is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for managing cash register transactions and inventory counts. Previous experience in a restaurant or grocery store setting is advantageous. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
