• We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Bessingers BOH (Back of House) staff member inluding, cook and grill cook. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food preparation processes.
• Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards
• Handle food safely and ensure proper food preparation techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
• Support other kitchen staff as needed
• Communication between other kitchen and FOH staff members
• Skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and kitchen procedures
• Strong food handling and preparation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Familiarity with kitchen tools and knife handling techniques
