Job duties include; Inspecting & cleaning foodpreparation areas, such as equipment & work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe & sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure freshness of food & ingredients by checking for quality,keeping track of old & new items and rotating stock, ensure food isstored and cooked correctly at correct temperatures & cooked according to recipes & experience.
