What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working an active line station (grill, fry, or pantry)
- Executing dishes with precision, consistency, and speed during dinner service
- Setting up and breaking down your station with care and efficiency
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with the rest of the kitchen team
- Upholding cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Taking ownership of prep work and assisting with daily kitchen tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1-2 years of experience on the line in a fast-paced kitchen
