Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing using proper knife skills. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all food handling practices meet safety standards. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and efficient workflow. Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes to ensure high standards are met.
