Grill Cook, Full-Time (Wofford College) AVI Foodsystems Inc Spartanburg, SC (Onsite) Full-Time Job Details AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to fill the role ofGrill Cook at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Deep fry, grill, and sauté meats, fish, vegetables and other foods + Observe and test foods being cooked by tasting, smelling and piercing + Perform food preparation work for cooking, including seasoning + Measure and mix ingredients according to recipe + Maintain proper grill cooking temperatures + Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and professional in appearance at all times + Manage food inventory + Maintain a safe work environment + Encourage good customer relations through product promotion
Job Requirements:
+ Culinary experience preferred + Exceptional food presentations skills + Strong work ethic + Ability to lift 30 pounds + Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment + Excellent communication skills
